Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the website www.kontaktonatura.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206-2005, regarding e-commerce. The owner of the site and responsible for sales is the company KN-Kontakto Natura srl, an innovative startup based in Via Croce 60 – 36033 Castelnovo (VI) – Italy.

Submitting a purchase order through the site implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale listed below.
Prices
All prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros and are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are included in the price upon reaching the minimum order amount as indicated in the "Shipping" section, present on the site and shown below.
For some countries, discounts are also provided based on the order value as per the following tables.

Shipping
We sell our products throughout Europe, in compliance with the shipping and delivery conditions reported on the specific "Shipping" page of the site.
For countries not included in the tables above, please kindly contact us via e-mail.
Payment
All payments by the Customer can only be made using one of the methods indicated on the kontaktonatura.com website.
Credit cards from major international circuits and prepaid and rechargeable cards issued by banking institutions present in Italy are accepted: VISA – MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If a product's unavailability is detected after the order registration and the amount reservation on the card, KN will take the necessary measures with the payment operator to reverse the transaction related to the unavailable goods. Payment by bank transfer is also accepted, to be made to the following coordinates:

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the payment is received. All orders, before being processed, are subject to authenticity checks directly by the relevant credit card issuing institutions, to protect the Customer.
If, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sales process will be automatically canceled and the sale will be terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code. The Customer will be informed via an automatic e-mail communication. Communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the Customer at the time of payment are made on dedicated secure lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of security protocols provided by the payment circuits.
Complaints
Any complaint must be forwarded, by e-mail, with photos or other documentation, within 5 days of receiving the goods to the following address: kn@kontaktonatura.com indicating the order number.
Right of withdrawal and returns.
As provided by the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by notifying the seller via email within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, not used or damaged, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, they will not be refunded.
The return shipping costs are charged to the Customer.
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, upon receipt of the returned goods and net of any return shipping costs, or it can be issued as a credit to be used for other purchases.
Applicable law and competent court
The terms of sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206-2005, the Consumer Code, regarding distance selling.
For any dispute, the Court of Vicenza will have exclusive jurisdiction.
