Shipping policy

Shipments

KN – Kontakto Natura delivers throughout Europe. Shipments are made via primary express couriers.

Once the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an e-mail that will allow tracking of the same.

If the Customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the Courier will attempt a new delivery on the following working day.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be stored at a local logistics center.

Indicative delivery times.

Italy: 3-5 working days. Other European countries: 4-7 working days depending on the country.
